Who We Are

We are a growing energy sector company that specializes in delivering Carbon Emission Reduction Technologies to a global marketplace.

Throughout our years in business, we have worked to provide a reliable and effective electrolysis unit that would generate hydrogen and oxygen on demand to: (A) address the growing requirements to reduce emissions; and (B) provide an increase in fuel economy.

What We Do

By partnering with expert scientific engineers along with a dedicated product development team, we overcame critical engineering challenges and successfully completed positive field studies with our HydraGEN™ HG1 unit. Proven to deliver results, the HydraGEN™ HG1 continues to be sold in North America and abroad.

dynaCERT has created global interest with our abilities to enhance product development into additional market platforms and deliver a return on investment (ROI). We continue to expand our partnerships with industry leaders, major corporations, private companies and government bodies. These relationships are strengthening our international presence and helping pave the way for technological expansions into rail, marine, oil/gas, stationary generator and mining applications. dynaCERT is in the move.

Our future is exciting. Our perspective is global. Our mission is achievable.

Chairman's Message

At dynaCERT, we are proud of our Mission and Vision Statements, and stand committed to activities that align with them.

"The past few years have been among the most challenging in our company’s history. We have all felt the impact of a global pandemic, market volatility, supply chain disruptions, and widespread economic uncertainty.""

“On top of that, global sentiment shifted dramatically against internal combustion engines and fossil fuels. Governments around the world promoted a rapid transition to electric engines – yet we all knew there wasn’t, and still isn’t, adequate infrastructure or power capacity to support that transition at scale.”

“Now, there is a growing global understanding that large diesel engines are here to stay for the foreseeable future. The conversation is no longer about elimination – it’s about emission reduction, and that’s where dynaCERT thrives. “

“Still, we must acknowledge the truth. Our stock price dropped from all-time highs before the pandemic to today’s levels. Sales declined. Investor sentiment wavered. These are difficult facts – but as your Chairman, I believe in transparency and honesty, especially when the truth isn’t easy to hear.”

“As Winston Churchill famously said, “If you’re going through hell, keep going.” And anyone who knows me knows that I’m as stubborn as a rock. My father always told me, “Failure is not an option,” and in my world, the word “can’t’ doesn’t exist.”

“We are not taking these challenges lying down. We’ve implemented a disciplined cost-reduction strategy, streamlining operations without compromising quality. We have invested in efficiency and competitiveness. And our sales and manufacturing teams - alongside management – have been working tirelessly on innovations that we believe will unlock meaningful revenue streams in the near future.”

“Most importantly, we have fortified our leadership team. We’ve brought in seasoned industry veterans with proven track records of guiding companies through adversity and into growth. Their insights, experience, and energy are already helping to sharpen our strategic direction and reignite momentum.“

“As we look ahead, we will continue to adapt, evolve and persevere. Our mission remains the same: to rebuild shareholder value and to drive sustainable, profitable growth for years to come.”

“Thank you for your continued support, your belief in dynaCERT, and your shared vision for a brighter future.”

Green Initiatives

Reducing Greenhouse Gases

Our Green Initiative focuses on reducing the amount of Greenhouse gases (GHG) emitted by the combustion of carbon based fuels. Our technology works with internal combustion engines used for industrial production processes, such as power generation, and for transportation, which includes tractor-trailers, rail, marine and off-road construction equipment. As more opportunities open for us to validate our technology, the more impact we will have in these areas.

Reducing the amount of GHGs provides benefits to the environment, to communities, to businesses and to our shareholders.

dynaCERT continues to work towards technical application and market penetration in the following areas:

*Residual Fuel Oil Definition: A general classification for the heavier oils, known as No. 5 and No. 6 fuel oils, that remain after the distillate fuel oils and lighter hydrocarbons are distilled away in refinery operations. It conforms to ASTM Specifications D 396 and D 975and Federal Specification VV-F-815C. No. 5, a residual fuel oil of medium viscosity, is also known as Navy Special and is defined in Military Specification MIL-F-859E, including Amendment 2 (NATO SymbolF-770). It is used in steam-powered vessels in government service and inshore powerplants. No. 6 fuel oil includes Bunker C fuel oil and issued for the production of electric power, space heating, vessel bunkering, and various industrial purposes
